Every step of the paperwork, available on its own.
You do not have to be placed through us to use these. Bring us one document or the whole file — the timelines below are what we actually see, not best cases.
HRD, embassy & state attestation
Educational, personal and professional documents authenticated for use abroad: notary, state HRD, MEA, and the destination embassy — or an apostille where the country accepts one. We collect from your home in Kerala and courier back with tracking.
Who needs it
Anyone taking up employment, a family visa or higher study in the Gulf. Degree, nursing registration, birth and marriage certificates are the usual set.
HRD is the slow step and varies by university. The embassy stage adds three to seven days.
DataFlow & Datacheck
Primary source verification of your degree, registration and experience, filed under the right regulator and case type the first time. Wrong case selection is the single most common reason a file restarts from zero. We also handle Datacheck files where the employer requires it.
Who needs it
Every nurse, doctor, technician and pharmacist applying for SCFHS, QCHP, DHA, HAAD, MOH or NHRA licences.
Depends entirely on how fast your college and past employers respond. We chase them weekly and send you the status.
Licensing exams & coaching
Registration, eligibility filing, slot booking and exam-day logistics for Prometric, Mumaris Plus, DHA, HAAD, MOH, QCHP and SCFHS. Weekend coaching batches at the Alwaye office and an online question bank for candidates outside Kerala.
Who needs it
Anyone who must hold a regulator licence before a hospital can issue a visa, and candidates who failed an attempt and need a structured retake plan.
Counted from eligibility approval. Exam slots in Kochi and Trivandrum are usually available within three weeks.
Registration & good standing
Regulator registration after the exam is cleared, plus good-standing certificates from state nursing and medical councils in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and beyond — applied for, followed up and delivered to you.
Who needs it
Candidates completing a Gulf licence application, and anyone whose employer or regulator has asked for a certificate of good standing.
Council-dependent. Kerala is usually the quickest; some councils require an in-person submission, which we make on your behalf.
Medical, visa & documentation
GAMCA / Wafid medical slot booking at approved centres, police clearance certificate, visa stamping at the consulate, and emigration clearance through eMigrate where your passport requires it. Employment and relocation documents prepared, verified and processed.
Who needs it
Candidates holding an offer letter, and families joining a worker already in the Gulf.
Medical result in three to five days; visa stamping is the variable part and depends on the consulate queue.
Interview training & travel
Mock interviews with clinical question banks and hospital-specific briefings before you face the panel. After selection: ticketing on employer-approved routes, a documentation checklist, airport guidance and a pre-departure briefing on contracts, accommodation and first-month costs.
Who needs it
Anyone facing a first international interview, and everyone flying out for the first time.
Interview prep is booked within days. Once the visa is stamped, most candidates fly within seven to ten days.
